I’m a sucker for an AMOLED screen on a smartphone, after over 24hrs with the latest and highest variant of the Redmi Note 10 series, the Redmi Note 10 Pro which features a 6.67-inch full HD AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate I was not disappointed.
I’ve been using the Redmi Note 10 Pro for more than 72 hours. But before I tell you about my first impression of the phone, let’s take a look at its impressive spec-sheet.

First impressions
From the moment I picked up the phone from the box and booted it up, I could tell the phone’s star feature would be the display, it is one of the best displays I’ve used in this price range. The colors are bright with real deep blacks, superb sharp contrast, and wide viewing angles
The screen gets super bright with a peak brightness of 1200 nits, I enjoyed watching Mortal Kombat on the mammoth screen.
That’s not all, coupled with support for 120Hz refresh rate, scrolling my socials was super smooth! You will definitely notice the difference from a 60Hz display when scrolling through webpages and apps to gaming.
Stereo speakers aren’t as common as they ought to be, the Redmi Note 10 Pro has slightly thicker bezels (you probably won’t notice this as it’s a perfectly flat display) in order to bring you that stereo speaker set up. On the Redmi Note 10 Pro, you get bottom and top speakers and yes, there is a headphone jack,
If you have experienced or lived with a stereo-speaker phone even briefly, you know that adding an extra audio channel can make your audio experience more immersive and a world apart from any other smartphone. if you haven’t come on!
In terms of performance so far, I have yet to experience any jitters while scrolling through the phone or playing some less demanding games like COD Mobile. Oh and there are no ADS on the phone, well I am yet to come across any ad as is common with the MIUI, maybe it’s because I have the MFF edition?
Overall, the Redmi Note 10 Pro has impressed me a lot, it stays true to how it performed on paper and provides immense value for the price. While I’ll write a full review after using the phone for a longer duration, I think there’s nothing much wrong with the device and would definitely recommend this phone to anyone.
