Space exploration company SpaceX’s satellite internet service, Starlink, recently launched a new renting option for customers in Kenya. However, renting the kit is not quite straightforward on the Starlink website.
In this article, we will take you step by step on how to rent the hardware.
How to Rent Starlink in Kenya
- Head over to starlink.com
- Enter your address and click on Order now.
- On the following page, Input your Contact information and shipping address. Starlink will calculate your deposit.
- When selecting your preferred payment option, pick Mobile money
- Click on Place order. Starlink will then prompt you to pay your deposit on your phone and open up a new page.
- Here you will see a new button to Set your Starlink Password
- Set your password and you will now be logged in. Here you can see the option to either own or rent your Starlink hardware
